We ship via UPS Ground. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order and an additional 5-7 business days for transit, depending on your location. Due to shipping issues with UPS, orders to Maryland must be shipped via 3Day Select.

For orders outside the continental USA: ($50 minimum order)
We ship via US Postal Service Air Parcel Post to international destinations, and Priority Mail to APO and FPO addresses. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order and an additional 14-21 business days for transit, depending on your location.

NOTE: Though we ship internationally via Postal Air Mail, our website calculates shipping charges at UPS rates. The actual charges for your international shipment will be at Postal Air Mail rates, adding a nominal handling fee, with a minimum shipping charge of $25.00 USD. This is usually significantly less than the shipping cost calculated through our website.

Customs duty, brokerage fees, VAT, applicable taxes, additional receiving costs, etc. are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We are sorry, but we are not able to determine the amount you will be charged for any of these costs, as these charges vary greatly for each country.

We cannot intentionally mislabel your order with the intention of avoiding customs fees. Doing so is a Federal offense which would jeopardize our shipping privileges, and expose us to fines and possible imprisonment. Please don’t ask.

Expedited shipping:
We can ship via any expedited UPS method, including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select. Additional rates apply, please note which service you require when placing your order.

Other shipping methods:
We have other carriers available to us, such as FedEx, Air Freight or Surface post. Additional rates apply, please inquire for details.

All orders are insured for loss or damage in transit.

Shipping costs are a total of actual shipping and insurance charges quoted by the carrier, plus any additional handling/packaging costs required based on merchandise ordered.

We will gift wrap your order in beautiful medieval style gift wrap, tie it with a fabric ribbon, hand address a gift enclosure, and send to the address of your choosing!
